Delete your AMAC Circle account

You can delete your Circle account at any time. It can’t be undone.

In the app

  1. Open AMAC Circle and tap You.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete my account.
  3. Read what will happen, type DELETE, and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email dev@amacouncil.org from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Circle account”. We’ll delete your account and reply to confirm.

What’s deleted

Your name, email, password, phone number, city, profile photo and Google or Apple sign-in are erased right away, and you’re signed out on every device.

What happens to your people

The people in your circle move to your chief captain, so their outreach isn’t lost. If you don’t have a chief captain, they’re released. Captains who report to you move to your chief captain.

What’s kept

AMAC’s internal activity log keeps the entries made before you deleted your account, with the name they were made under, and we keep a record that you accepted the terms. Neither holds your email, phone number or address.
